1. Acceptance

By using Southeast Parking's pay-for-parking (session) or monthly permit services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide short-term parking sessions (pay by QR or app) and monthly parking permits. You are responsible for entering accurate license plate and payment information. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Session parking begins immediately upon payment; there is no cancellation or refund for unused time.

3. Permits

Monthly permits are billed in advance. You may cancel or change your plate according to the options in your account. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to our policies.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to misrepresent your vehicle or identity, or to evade parking rules. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Southeast Parking, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction in question.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
