What is a parking notice?

A parking notice is issued when a vehicle is found in violation of the posted parking rules at a managed location. Common reasons include unpaid parking, expired time, or parking in a restricted area.

What happens if I don't pay?

Unpaid notices increase over time. After 90 days, outstanding violations may be escalated for formal collection. The registered owner may be identified through legally permitted records, and unpaid balances may be assigned to a third-party collection agency, which may report delinquencies to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. The license plate will be flagged at every managed location, and any returning vehicle found in violation of posted parking rules may be subject to immediate towing at the owner's expense, in addition to outstanding balances, tow charges, and storage fees.

What can I do to ensure this doesn't happen again?

Make sure to follow posted parking signs and time limits at all managed locations. If you park at one of our locations regularly, consider a monthly parking permit to avoid future notices.
